Power Washing Stl Cedar siding being pressure washed

Exterior Home Cleaning should be done somewhat regularly to remove the accumulation of green and black mold, mildew, loose dirt, dust, spider webs, etc.

Our method of House Washing is done using low pressure and a special blended solution, without using any high pressure at all. This process of home cleaning provides excellent results , without the worry of any damage from harsh high pressure washing.

This technique is safe for all types of home exteriors including synthetic stucco, all types of siding, hardie, vinyl, brick, aluminum, cedar and so on…

Generally, washing your home is recommended about every 12 – 24 months to deter mold growth, and protect your paint and siding.

Our Standard House Washing includes washing the entire exterior of the home from the ground to the gutters, but does not include items such as decks, driveways, and inner gutter cleaning. Basically we are washing all the painted areas, being the outer gutters, fascia, soffit, siding, windows, shutters, downspouts, doors, etc.

This low-pressure wash technique will remove stains including vertical black streaking (oxidation) on the outside of the gutters. This process will not leave streaks or soap residue on your home, and will generally clean up the exterior of the home quite nicely.

First is our walk around inspection. Most exterior home cleaning is done about every two years. Before we begin we take note of any damaged areas, like loose siding or deteriorating wood letting you, the home owner, know what needs repair before hand. Next, we locate exterior outlets, move any yard or patio furniture that is near the home and make sure all windows and doors are tightly shut. We would hate to flood the inside of your beautiful home. We also recommend you trim any bushes, shrubs or other plants that are touching your homes siding. These areas around the house tend to be the most vulnerable to mold, mildew and algae growth.

The first part of the wash is our soak. This allows our specially formulated cleaner to penetrate, dwell on and kill the harmful green and black mold, dirt, algae and mildew making sure it doesn't return. Following the soak, is a special technique for Low Pressure rinsing. This is where the untrained home owner or weekend warrior can do more damage that good. Thats why we like you to leave home power cleaning to us, you just sit back and relax. After the first side is cleaned and rinsed, we move to the next side and so on until the entire house is clean and looking new.
